5/ 21.09.2010 In view of the order dated 16.09.2010,

husband and wife are personally present in Chamber

and submit that both are ready to live together.

Petitioner took his wife from the Chamber

for his house after undertaking that he would keep his

wife with full dignity but after sometime, learned

counsel for the complainant and also the complainant

came to the Chamber in person, and submitted that

the petitioner ran away leaving his wife.

List this case at the top of the list on

21.12.2010.

In the meantime, interim relief, as granted

on 15.07.2010, shall continue.
