7 11.10.2010 The order dated 05.10.2010 of this Court has not been

complied with.

At the request of the learned counsel for the University, as a

matter of last indulgence, put up this matter For Admission on top of the

list on the 27th of October, 2010.

It is made clear that if by that date, full compliance is not

shown, Court would take a very serious view of the matter. The order

with regard to restraint on the Finance Officer to draw any remuneration

of any nature would continue to operate and would extend to the Financial

Adviser of the University as well till petitioner’s dues are cleared in full.
