                            JUDGMENT

Petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.429 of 2000 of the court

of learned Sub Judge, Thrissur. He filed application for

amendment of the plaint in the year 2010 according to him,

pursuant to the report of Advocate Commissioner which is dated

23-03-2005. Learned Sub Judge dismissed the application for

amendment. Petitioner seeks a direction for issue of a copy of the

order dated 18-09-2010 on the said application. Having

considered the submission of learned counsel, learned Sub Judge

is directed to issue carbon copy of order dated 18-09-2010 on

Ext.P3, application, if it is applied for as early as possible, on

usual terms as to cost.

Original petition is disposed of as above.
