ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)

The
present application is filed through jail seeking temporary bail for
60 days so as to undertake agricultural operations.

In
support of the application, the convict has produced a certificate
dated 15.06.2011 issued by Sarpanch of village Navli Gram Panchayat,
Ta. & Dist. Anand. The convict has also annexed copy of extract
of village form No. 7/12.

Learned
APP Mr. Shah has invited attention of the Court to jail remarks.

The
convict was granted furlough from 19.06.2011 to 01.04.2011. The
convict was also granted temporary bail for a period of 30 days from
08.05.2011 to 06.06.2011 for repairing of house.

Taking
into consideration the fact that the convict was out of jail in the
recent past, this application is not entertained. The application is
rejected.
