04. 24.06.2011 Petitioners’ prayer is for a direction to the
Respondents to appoint him on the post of Assistant
Teacher as a Trained Teacher, recognizing his
Teachers Training Degree, issued from Gandhi Hindi
Vidyapith, Prayag, Uttar Pradesh.
The issue relating to recognizing the
Teachers Training Degree, granted by Hindi
Vidyapith, Prayag, Uttar Pradesh has already been
considered and decided by the Division Bench,
holding that the said Baby Teacher Training Course
is not equivalent to B.T. Course, which is requisite
qualification for being appointed as an Assistant
Teacher.
The prayer of the petitioner, as such, has no
merit. This application is dismissed.
