Torture is for demand of dowry followed

by second marriage with another lady is denied

referring marriage of the year 1995 for which

also petitioner remained in custody since

24.3.2011, hence is allowed bail.

The above named petitioner is directed

to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties

of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati

(Gaya) in Complaint Case No. 241/10.
