4. After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for
the parties and perusing the judgment and awardof the

Tribunal I am of the View that the compe-njsation

awarded by the Tribunal is not just

applicable to her age is 15. Accordingly, loss of
dependency works out to Rs.3,60,000/~ (Rs.4,000/- X
50% x 12 x 15) and it is awarded

Rs.2,52,000/- awarded by the Tribunal.

Accordingly the appeal is allowed in part. The

judgment and award of the Tribunal is modified to the

extend stated herein above. The claimants are entitled

for a total compensation of Rs.4,21,400/– as against
Rs.3,18,400/– awarded by the Tribunal with interest at

6% p.a. on the enhanced C0mpensati.5n\’..,,vof

9. The Insurance Conipany isidirected: the’

enhanced compensation within
