Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
standing counsel.

The petitioner was found absent from duty and he had
handed over the Register as well as Keys at 3.25 p.m.,
which has adversely affected the functioning of the
department.

Having perused the impugned order, I am not inclined to
interfere with the same. The respondent may serve a copy of
the charge sheet to the petitioner within 15 days from today
and conclude the inquiry within six weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is
dismissed.
