JUDGMENT
The petitioner is an operator running on the route, Narinada-
Koorachundu-Kozhikode with a running time of 2.5 min/km.
According to the petitioner, the other vehicles operating on the route
are running with a time of 2 min/km. According to the petitioner, even
the vehicles that start operations after him would overtake his vehicle
and create clash with his operations. Consequently, he is compelled to
ply his vehicle without passengers. The petitioner has requested for
parity in the running time and for re-fixation of his running time @ 2
min/km. Since the matter is pending consideration of the respondent,
the counsel for the petitioner requests for a direction to the respondent
to consider his request expeditiously.
2. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the
respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for parity of
running time and to pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with
law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of one

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
