Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since the copy of the order
was missing hence applicant could not surrendered and move bail application
in compliance of the order dated 08.09.2009.

The applicant was permitted to appear and move bail application within 30
days, but even after expiry of the aforesaid period no application was moved.

In view of the fact the present application to extend the time for appearance is
rejected.
