11.1.2010 is corrected and in the 6th paragraph of
4th line instead of ” 15 days”, it should now be read
as “one month”.

Office is directed to issue corrected/modified copy
of the order to the learned counsel for the petitioner,
who will return back to the office the earlier
certified copy if issued to him.
