It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that other co accused
Bhoora, Mehraj @ Ikhlaque Zahir and Bundu have already released on bail on
25.5.2007. The appellant Zahid and Mohammad Sazid are languishing in jail.
Put up this case on 15.2.2010 as unlisted case for final hearing.
Meanwhile, the aforesaid appellant are directed to be released on short term
bail.
Let the appellants Zahid and Mohammad Sazid in S.T. No. 614/2003, under
Sections 363, 366-A, 376, 342, 368,372/149 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, District
Muzaffarnagar be released on short term parole starting from 12.1.2010 on
their furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 1 lac and two solvent sureties each in
the like amount to the satisfaction of Court concerned.
The sureties will be their near kith and kins. Their parole will lapse on
11.2.2010, on which date applicants are directed to surrender.
On next date, learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file the surrender
certificate of the applicants on an affidavit.
