On 5th July, 2010 three weeks’ and no more time was accorded to
learned Standing counsel to enable him to submit the compliance
report as already directed by this Court. The matter has been listed
today but no compliance report has been submitted.

List this matter on 11.8.2010. On the next date fixed learned
Standing counsel is directed to submit compliance report. In case
compliance report is not submitted on the next date fixed, then in
that event District Magistrate, Kaushanmbi is directed to appear in
person before the Court.
