Case called out. No one has appeared on behalf of petitioner to
press the writ petition. However, I have perused the record.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by
the lower appellate court on temporary injunction application.

Vide order dated 4.12.1995, parties to the writ petition were
directed to maintain status quo till 28.2.1996. There is nothing on
record to indicate that the proceedings of the suit have been
stayed.

In the absence of any interim order staying the further proceedings
of the suit, there is hardly any reason to believe that even after 15
years, the suit must not have come to logical end rendering the
petition infructuous.

It is accordingly dismissed.
