As prayed by Sri G.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, let
this matter be listed in the next cause list by which time he shall
produce the original order passed by the District Basic Education
Officer, Deoria, in the year 1965 whereby recognition of the
primary school of the Junior High School was granted by the name
of Mahila Udyog Laghu Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Rudrapur, Deoria
and also the original order of the District Basic Education Officer,
Deoria, passed in the year 1975 whereby attachment wad made.
