The appeal of the petitioner has been dismissed on the ground that
the same is not maintainable against the Censor Entry.

The petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a claim petition
before the U.P. Public Services Tribunal where there are only three
cases are pending as on date.

In view of the availability of the remedy of Tribunal where there is
such a low pendency, the writ petition is dismissed on this ground.
