This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 11.1.2010 passed
on the bail application.

The application is allowed and the order dated 11.1.2010 is corrected as
follows:

“In the last paragraph of the order dated 11.1.2010, ‘Section 2/3 (1) of U.P.
Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986’ shall be read as
‘Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act,
1986’.
