ORDER
1.0 Heard
the Official Liquidator. Perused the order passed by this Court
(Coram: Honourable Mr. Justice KA Puj) on 3rd September
2010 in OLR No. 90 of 2010.
2.0 The
Draft of Governing Rules for engagement of Company Secretaries and
Trainee Company Secretaries for the office of the Official
Liquidator, produced at Annexure ‘E’ to this Report, is approved.
2.1 The
Official Liquidator is to proceed further with constitution of the
Selection Committee as provided in the Governing Rules to undertake
the process of finalizing the names of Company Secretaries and
Trainee Secretaries for the office of the Official Liquidator.
2.2 The
Selection Committee to undertake the process of selection of Company
Secretaries and student of Company Secretaries as Trainees for the
office of the Official Liquidator so as to complete the selection
process in the month of November 2010 and submit recommendations of
the Selection Committee for final approval of this Court on 1st
December 2010.
2.3 The
Official Liquidator is permitted to pay a bill of Rs.52,265/- of M/s.
Navnitlal & Co. for publishing advertisement from the head of
‘Office Expenses’ in the Company paid Staff Salary Reserve Fund
Account.
3.0 The
Official Liquidator Report is accordingly disposed of.
