writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the

District Superintendent of Education, Nalanda

(respondent no. 4) to take cognizance of the application

of the petitioner contained in annexure-7 and

communicate the outcome of his decision within a period

of three months from the date of production or

communication of a copy of this order.
