06. 27.01.2011 It has been submitted that by a common order

compensation was granted to the claimants in

Miscellaneous Appeal Nos. 77, 78, 79, 80 and 81 of 2009

which the appellant has challenged here and certified copy

has been filed in M.A. No. 81/09.

In view of such, there is no requirement to file

further certified copy in Miscellaneous Appeal Nos. 77, 78,

79 and 80 of 2009.

With regard to deposit of statutory amount, four

weeks’ time is allowed for the same, failing which the

application shall stand rejected without further reference

to Bench.
