02 27-01-2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Bihar State

Electricity Board.

The petitioner has prayed for directing the Respondents to

make payment of retiral dues.

In paragraph-5 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of

Respondents it has been categorically stated regarding clearing the

dues. After filing counter affidavit, no rejoinder has been filed.

In view of the fact that payment has already been made by

the Board, there is no need to further keep the matter pending.

The petition stands disposed of .
