                           J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks expeditious revaluation of his answer

paper, for which he has submitted Ext. P1 application.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the

University submits that the University would require at least two

more months’ time to complete the revaluation process.

3. Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition

with the following directions:

Revaluation of the answer paper of the petitioner shall be

completed and results thereof published as expeditiously as possible,

at any rate, within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified

copy of this judgment. The above is subject to the condition that the

application is in order in all respects.
