13 28.10.2010 Pursuant to order dated 28.9.2010 having heard the matter,

this Court noticing the facts formulating certain issues in which

comprehensive counter affidavit was required to be filed by the State. It

was expected that State would file the counter affidavit and so would

the University but unfortunately because of intervening Puja Holidays ,

learned counsels submit that they have not been able to do the same.

Put up for further hearing on 23.11.2010,as a matter of last

indulgence.
