Issue notice to the newly added Respondent no. 13
under ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/D for
which requisites etc. must be filed by the petitioner within one
week failing which this application as against the concerned
respondent shall stand rejected without further reference to a
Bench.
Put up this case under the same heading retaining its
position on 10th January, 2011.
