10 15.10.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri

Harendra Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of all the

respondents / B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

The present writ petition was filed in the year 2008 with

a prayer to direct the respondents to clear all his retiral dues.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the court that

during the pendency of the writ petition most of the grievances of

the petitioner have already been redressed. It was further submitted

that writ petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the

petitioner to approach the authority concerned if any grievance still

exists.

The submission made by learned counsel for the

petitioner has not been disputed by Sri Tiwari, learned counsel for

the University.

Accordingly, in view of stand taken by the parties there

is no need to keep the matter pending. The writ petition stands

disposed of. If still any grievance exists, the petitioner shall be

entitled to approach the authority concerned by filing representation,

and thereafter, same shall be examined by the competent authority

and disposed of with a reasoned order preferably within a period of

four months from the date of filing of such representation.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
