This appeal has already been dismissed for

default against the respondent No.1 and 3 to 41 for

non-compliance of the court’s order dated

14.09.2011. It further appears that the

respondent No.1 and 3 and 4 were the plaintiff in

the Court below. Now, therefore, the whole appeal

has become incompetent. Accordingly, this First

Appeal is dismissed as incompetent.
