Shri Sanjay Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner.
This   petition   is   directed   against   an   order   dated 
26­04­2010 passed in MJC 8/2007 by which the application for 
execution of the decree dated 23­03­1992 passed in Civil Suit 
No. 12­A/87, was rejected.

After arguing at length learned counsel for the petitioner 
prays for withdrawal of the petition with a liberty to press the 
civil suit filed by the petitioner registered as Civil Suit No. 28­A/
2010.

Prayer is allowed.

The   writ   petition   is   dismissed   as   withdrawn   with   the 
liberty as prayed.
