                                 J U D G M E N T

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is entitled to get

refund of tax in respect of the assessment year 2006-07, for

which he has already preferred Ext. P3 application followed by

Exts. P4 and P5 reminders, which are still to be acted upon.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second

respondent is hereby directed to consider and pass appropriate

orders on Ext.P2 and Ext.P5, in accordance with law, as

expeditiously as possible and at rate within two months from the

date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
