                           J U D G M E N T

Prayer sought in this writ petition is to direct the respondent

to consider Ext.P1, an application made by the petitioner for

revision of his timings in respect of the stage carriage bearing

Regn.No.KL-9/L-398.

2. If as stated, such application has been received and is

pending, the respondent shall consider the application in

accordance with law and pass orders thereon. This shall be done as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within eight weeks of

production of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
