When the case was called out Sri M.L. Maurya, Advocate made a statement
before me that he is holding brief of Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel
for the respondent no. 2. The power of Sri Srivastava or that of Sri Maurya is
not on the record.

Sri Maurya made a statement that the parties have entered into compromise.
Sri Maurya is directed to ensure the presence of respondent no. 2, Smt.
Reshma Bano before this Court on 26.08.2010 on which date, this application
will come up for final disposal. Interim order is restricted, till next date of
listing.

Meanwhile, both the counsels are directed to file their power in this Criminal
Misc. Application.
