Notice be made returnable before next date of hearing.
Be listed for hearing on 19th January, 2011.
Till next date of hearing, further proceedings in Civil Suit
No.996-A/2008 pending before the XXIV Civil Judge Class-II,
Bhopal between the parties shall remain stayed.
