The petitioner informs that before the Court below, the next date of hearing
fixed on 9th of August, 2010 and the petitioner’s application for temporary
injunction for disposal.

In the meantime the opposite party of the defendants have tried to disposes the
petitioner. The petitioner therefore urgently file the present writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I hereby dispose of the
writ petition finally with the direction to the Court below to pass an
appropriate order on petitioner’s application for temporary injunction on 9th
August, 2010 and till 9th August, 2010, the parties shall maintain status quo
over the land in dispute.
