Heard counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
I have perused gang chart. Applicant is alleged to be involved in
three cases. However, he is on bail in all cases. Copies of bail
orders are annexed as annexure nos.2 and 3 to the affidavit filed in
support of bail application. Applicant is in jail since 16.11.2009.
Taking into consideration facts and circumstances of the case,
without expressing any opinion on merits, bail application is
allowed.
Let applicant Bhim Karan son of Sukhvir involved in case crime
no.329 of 2009 under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act, Police
Station Rabupura District Gautam Budh Nagar, be released on bail
on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each
in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
