                                    JUDGMENT

Heard.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, this writ

petition is disposed of directing that on production of the original

of Ext.P2 and an affidavit that the petitioner and Hamza are

divorced, the competent among the respondents will carry out

necessary changes in the passport of the petitioner as requested

by her in her application dated 18.12.2006.
