                                   JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

Standing Counsel for the respondent.

2. Ext.P11 is a request made by the petitioner to the National

Council for Teacher Education for re-consideration of Ext.P10

decision on the ground that the only defect noticed by the NCTE

was attributable solely to the administrative delay in the

University. Under such circumstances, after hearing counsel, it

is directed that the NCTE will take up Ext.P11 and take a

decision on it as expeditiously as possible in the light of Ext.P9.

The NCTE will take note of the pleading of the petitioner that the

course commences in mid February.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
