                              J U D G M E N T

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents

to permit the petitioner to write the examination for the post of

Field Supervisor, which is now scheduled to be held on

28/2/2008.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents on instruction

submits that the petitioner was denied such opportunity for the

reason that the petitioner was not in possession of the notified

qualification of pass in the 7th standard. Even going by Ext.P2

certificate that is produced by the petitioner, all that he has

claimed is of having completed 7th standard and not passed the

same.

In view of this, since the petitioner is unqualified, I cannot

find fault with the respondents. Writ petition is dismissed.
