31. 24.11.2010. Perused the letter of Sri Satish Chandra Jha,
Additional Collector, Land Ceiling, Purnea dated 18.11.2010,
kept at Flag-X requesting this Court to fix the date of his cross-
examination after 10th of December, 2010 as during the period
between 06-10.12.2010 he is engaged in connection with the
marriage ceremony of his daughter.
In view of the request of Sri Jha, put up this case for
his cross-examination on 14th December, 2010 at 3.30 P.M.,
meanwhile, Sri Jha should serve a copy of his examination-in-
chief on the counsel for the election-petitioner on or before
13.12.2010.
Let this order be communicated to Sri Satish
Chandra Jha, Additional Collector, Land Ceiling, Purnea
through fax by the office of this Court, cost whereof shall be
borne by the respondent which should be deposited by
tomorrow.
