Since the Division Bench of this Court presided over by Hon’ble Mr. Justice
P.C. Verma in FAFO No.1198 of 2010 has passed the order on 21.4.2010, we
are of the view that this appeal, being similar in nature, should also be heard
by the same Bench. Lay this case as fresh before the Bench presided over by
Hon’ble Mr. Justice P.C. Verma after taking nomination from Hon’ble the
Acting Chief Justice/Senior Judge. Necessary nomination shall be obtained by
the office today.
