Sri Sriprakash Dwivedi filed memo of appearance on behalf of the opposite
party no. 2 in pursuance of the order dated 23.4.2009 Smt. Shakti Nigam
appeared in person.

Both the counsels appeared on behalf of the parties are agreed to send this
matter to the mediation center. This matter is referred to the mediation center
and they shall appear before the Mediation Center on 7th July, 2010.

It is directed that the amount of Rs. 8,000/- shall be paid to the respondent no.
2 by the Mediation Center as directed by the another Bench of this Court on
23.4.2010.

List on 15th July, 2010. Till then, interim order dated 23.4.2010 is extended.
