By means of the order dated 26.10.2009 learned Standing Counsel was
directed to seek instructions about the present status of the petitioners.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioners who are
Electricians and Mechanics does not fall within the category of ‘Section
Mistri’.

Let an affidavit be filed by the learned Standing Counsel within two
weeks and the petitioners will have one week thereafter to file reply to
the affidavit.

Learned Standing Counsel is also directed to mention in the affidavit as
to whether the petitioners are discharging the duties of ‘Section Mistri’ or
not.

List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
