1. On
16.9.2010, the learned advocate for the Corporation was directed to
see that the five answer-sheets of the students who scored the
highest marks in this paper are kept present today.

3. The
Court examined these papers and compared the same with the
answer-sheet of the applicant. In the open Court, the applicant was
asked to read his answers and answer of the first candidate was read
in the open Court to give comparative idea as to whether there is
any substance in the averments made by the applicant about the
injustice being done to him in assessment of the papers. On reading
of few answers from his answer-sheet and reading the same answers
from the answer-sheet made available by the learned advocate, the
applicant-petitioner is convinced that he has no case.

4. Having
found no substance in this application, the application is dismissed.
Notice is discharged.

The
Court restrains itself from awarding any cost to the learned
advocate for the respondent Corporation.
