2. 21.09.2010 The petitioner has sought quashing of the order

of cognizance dated 26.2.2007 passed by the Judicial

Magistrate, Ist class, Madhubani in Complaint case No.1160

of 2006 on purely disputed questions of fact, which this court

can not look into at the stage of 482 Cr.P.C.

The application is dismissed.
