                           JUDGMENT

Pius C.Kuriakose, J.

All these appeals pertain to award of enhanced

compensation by the Land Acquisition Reference Court in cases

pertaining to acquisition of land in Pallippuram village for the

establishment of Industrial Growth Centre for KSIDC. We notice

that the rates granted under the impugned judgment have been

approved not only by this court but also by the Supreme Court

( in one category).

All these appeals, accordingly, will stand dismissed. No

costs.
