                               -----------

05. 16.03.2011 Opposite party no.2, Principal Secretary,

Department of P.H.E.D is not present in person,

notwithstanding the order dated 2.2.2011. There is no

application for exemption from personal appearance on his

behalf. His conduct is contumacious. The Court however

refrains from proceeding against him in view of I.A. No.

1710 of 2011, filed on behalf of opposite party no. 1 and 4,

seeking extension of time for compliance with the order.

The material facts have already been noticed in
2

the earlier order of the Court and need not be reiterated.

I.A. No. 1710 of 2011 is allowed to the extent

that the extension of time sought for compliance of the

order is extended by four weeks from today.

If the order is not complied with by the next

occasion, opposite party no.2 shall remain present in

person. It is expected that he shall demonstrate more

sincerity to the orders of the Court than that he has

displayed today.

List this matter after four weeks at the same

position.
