5 25.11.2010 Earlier by order dated 28.09.2010,

members of Three-Men Committee, namely, Sri

Shatrughan Prasad Singh, Sri H.M. Sharma and

Sri R.N. Pandey were directed to show cause

as to why, while quashing the decision of

the Committee, heavy cost should not be

awarded to the petitioner to be realized

from them. Out of three, Sri R.N. Pandey is

represented by the State Counsel and now Sri

Shatrughan Prasad Singh and Sri N.M. Sharma

(wrongly typed as ‘H.M. Sharma’ in the said

order) have appeared through their learned

counsel Mr. Om Prakash Upadhyay. He prays

for two weeks time to file their individual

show cause.

Put up after two weeks at the same

position.
