115. 21.11.2011. The learned counsel for the appellant

submitted that a substitution application, i.e., I.A.

No.6055 of 2011 has been filed on 05.09.2011 for

substitution of the legal representatives of the

deceased respondent Nos. 1, 20, 25, 28.

In such view of the matter, the date of

hearing of the appeal cannot be fixed at this stage.

The office may list the aforesaid

interlocutory application under the heading for

orders on petition.
