FACTS

By his letter of 28/02/2008, the complainant had requested for information about
the parking being done by the personnel of Income Tax Department in the DDA property
located opposite E-2, ARA Centre, Jhandewalan Extension, New Delhi. Director(Hort.),
North, had informed the Appellant, vide letter dated 07/03/2008 that the matter did not
relate to him. It appears that thereafter he did not receive any information from the DDA.
Hence, the present complaint.
2. The matter was heard on 29/01/2009. The complainant did not appear before the
Commission. The DDA is represented by the officers named above. It is the
submission of Shri B.K. Sharma that the information could not be provided to him due to
lack of clarity about jurisdictional issues. He is, however, now willing to furnish
requisite information to the Appellant.
DECISION
3. In view of the above, Shri B.K. Sharma, Executive Engineer, ND-2, is hereby
directed to provide point-wise information to the Appellant in next two weeks time.
4. The matter is disposed of subject to the above directions.
