JUDGMENT
The petitioner appeared for M.Com IVth Semester
Examination during October, 2007 the results of which were
published on 31.1.2008. Dissatisfied with the results of Paper
No.4 (Funds Management in Banks and Insurance Companies),
the petitioner submitted Ext.P2 application dated 14.2.08 by
remitting the required fees for revaluation of the said paper. The
petitioner complains of undue delay in completion of the
revaluation process.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the
respondents on instructions submits that the University would
require two more months’ time to complete the revaluation
process.
After hearing both sides, I dispose of this Writ Petition with
a direction to the respondents to complete the revaluation
process for which the petitioner has applied for by Ext.P2
application, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
judgment, provided the application is in order in all respects.
