Facts
By his letter of 13.10.2008, the complainant had requested for copies of
certain publicity material from the Ministry under the title ‘Jago Grahak Jago’ etc. It
appears that he did not receive the requisite information and has filed the present
complaint.
2. The matter was heard on 23.6.2009. The complainant is not present. The
public authority is represented by the officers named above. They produce before
the Commission copies of their letters dated 16.1.2009, 9.2.2009 & 13.3.2009,
through which they have sent copies of the publicity material to the complainant,
free of cost.
DECISION
3. In view of the above, the complaint does not survive and is dismissed.
