Background
1. The RTI request was filed on 22.9.07. The Appellant stated that one
Mr.Dhirendra Kumar Dubey from Almora had opened an organization
called Kumaon Adventure and Environment Fellowship and that the
organization was given a project on afforestation in Kakajighat of
Nainital District. The Appellant wanted all the information about the
project including the budget, when the project was allotted and
whether any money has been released for the project. He also wanted
information regarding utilization of the amount released. On not
receiving any reply either from the CPIO or the Appellate Authority,
the Appellant preferred his second appeal before the CIC on 11.2.08.
2. The Appellant and the Respondents were not present at the hearing

3. Since both the Appellant and the Respondents were not at the hearing
scheduled on 14 November 2008, the appeal is closed.
